## The 32 skills

### 1. Dlead stakeholder map (`dlead-stakeholder-map`)

Say: "run dlead-stakeholder-map", "stakeholder map", "power interest grid", "who actually decides on this design"

### 2. Dlead stakeholder interview guide (`dlead-stakeholder-interview-guide`)

### 3. Dlead problem framing brief (`dlead-problem-framing-brief`)

Say: "run dlead-problem-framing-brief", "problem framing", "problem statement for this feature", "what problem does this solve"

### 4. Dlead design strategy one pager (`dlead-design-strategy-one-pager`)

Say: "run dlead-design-strategy-one-pager", "design strategy", "design team strategy one pager", "what is design's plan this year"

### 5. Dlead design principles (`dlead-design-principles`)

Writes Design Principles with four to seven product stances, the trade-off each one settles, a "this, not that" example from your own product, a conflict check between principles and where each will be used.

Say: "run dlead-design-principles", "write design principles for the team", "every review is a taste argument", "we have no shared criteria"

### 6. Dlead design options tradeoffs (`dlead-design-options-tradeoffs`)

Say: "run dlead-design-options-tradeoffs", "show the options not just one design", "stakeholders think there is only one way", "compare design directions"

### 7. Dlead daci decision (`dlead-daci-decision`)

### 8. Dlead design rationale doc (`dlead-design-rationale-doc`)

### 9. Dlead design decision log (`dlead-design-decision-log`)

Say: "run dlead-design-decision-log", "why did we decide this", "nobody remembers why", "design decision record"

### 10. Dlead pre wire plan (`dlead-pre-wire-plan`)

Say: "run dlead-design-pushback-brief", "push back on a stakeholder", "asked to ship a dark pattern", "say no to a design request"

### 14. Dlead design quality bar (`dlead-design-quality-bar`)

Say: "run dlead-design-quality-bar", "raise the bar", "write a team quality bar", "design quality criteria"

### 15. Dlead critique ritual (`dlead-critique-ritual`)

### 16. Dlead critique session brief (`dlead-critique-session-brief`)

### 17. Dlead critique notes to actions (`dlead-critique-notes-to-actions`)

### 19. Dlead design impact writeup (`dlead-design-impact-writeup`)
